I Hate Nicole!!!!

MONDAY 090330

"Nicole"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

So here it is!!! My legs...back...shoulders...my whole back by the way....and did I mention my legs? Are all really sore! If you take a look at this workout u will notice this is not a good combo. Me being worn out + Nicole = I hate Nicole!

PS. I'm sure Im not alone on this one?

  2. Your not alone Bartz!! It took me 10 minutes to roll out of bed this morning. When i saw we had to run today a little tear ran down my face. Today is going to be rough!!

  3. Nicole is smokin' Anyway, just did my first Crossfit. Gents, I think if we keep this up for a few more weeks, we'll be ready for our summer 2009 calendar. I call dibs on August. Good work tonight

  5. no joke! I started out strong with my pull-ups(hence i was using the big rubber strap to pull my tank A#$ up!) I averaged 10 in the beginning then finished with 7 and I ran 5 laps...

    Aaron kinda tore me up on the running thing! Nice work! Though I took a look at our footprints around the track. His looked like a Grey hound compared to my Jack Russell 12" strides. Cheater! LOL

    I may have some long strides in the running, but my freakn' monkey arms don't help when it comes to pullups. I've gotta pull myself up a mile. It's a win/lose situation. We need to make a hybrid of our talents and we'd be money!! We would be the poster boys for this program.

    ... Yeah if u can't tell pull ups are really not my thing. I was just proud that I ran 6 laps and didn't stop once. Got to strat slow and work my way up. I might be at the bottom of the pack now but I'll get up there!!

  10. Jake i hate to call you out but you didn't run 6 laps, nor did you do that many pullups. We have a new rule on QCCrossFit. It's called honesty!! hahaha
