Sweet!!! Ab workout....ask and you shall receive. I hit my chest and back up in my morning workout, so I'll be jacked up for an ab workout.
ReplyDeleteabs huh. I can do that since im so sore to the point of pain. I'm hopeing this cross fit program and diet pay off cause I'm busting my butt for it!! No pain no gain!
ReplyDelete3 Sets in about 34 minutes. I couldn't finish I wussed out totally!! My head started hurting real bad. Good luck!!
ReplyDeleteI completed the workout...but something was weird about it. My back was getting tore up while doing the sit ups. The machine/bench that I used was weird...oh well. all in all it was good. I completed it in around 23-24 minutes.
ReplyDeleteI think it took me like 45 min, but not for sure...the sit-ups were brutal for me, I couldn't imagine how they were for Jake! hahah...
