155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

  3. I didn't do the full weight.....but I definately got a good workout! I did 105 and it took me 12min even. I think next time ill do 125 or so.
