Sex God

Hopefully this is what I'll look like the next time I hit the beach (minus the pecil steesh. Actually...)!

With the aid of this new diet as well as tomorrow's workout... I believe that it's within reach! The objective here, of course, is to become... a sex god.

30 Glute-ham sit-ups
25 Back extensions

This should be a happy ending to my first series of CrossFit workouts.

Dang Ankle!

So just a little blurp about my workout progress and the hilaria(my own word...i think) that goes with it. So I did a gnarly work out yesterday....and then again today! Drove straight to Vball for out semi-final match right after Crossfit "nicole". Played out Matches, won, and twisted my ankle on a dirt clod walking to my truck in the parking lot! LOL. Gotta love it. I'm sure due to dumb luck I will have to run a 5K in the morning!

I Hate Nicole!!!!

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

So here it is!!! My legs...back...shoulders...my whole back by the way....and did I mention my legs? Are all really sore! If you take a look at this workout u will notice this is not a good combo. Me being worn out + Nicole = I hate Nicole!

PS. I'm sure Im not alone on this one?

DANG......This sucked!!


This is what we all wanna look like!!!! Come on Crossfit.....help us out!

SUNDAY 090329

"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

SO...this was a rough one! Me(bbartz), Josiah, Jake, Austin, and Tapper all tackled this workout today. I think we all underestimated this workout. We all left the gym walking down the stairs holding on to the rail saying ouch...ouch..my legs...ouch. LOL! Are results are as follows
