L-rope climb, 3 ascents&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Post time to comments.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This morning I asked my hotel front desk lady if they had a gym..and she said no, but you can use gym down the street for free!  So I drive down there only to find a gym full of crappy equipment and NO PULL UP BAR!  I went to the guy up front and said...do u have a pull up bar?  He said....Uhhhh..No.  I said...Seriously?  WOW!  ok.  So I put the bar on the top of the squat rack, and used it.  It was awkward to say the least.  My abs where killing me at the end of this work out.  My "L" pull ups turned into kind of a raised knee pull up/crunch thing.  And to top it off I did Towel Pullups in place of the rope climb...and my towel was too thick,  I could barely hang onto it. (insert penis joke here)  Anyway...my hands got more tired than anything.  But I finished the work out.  It took me 15 minutes to complete. So I did a gnarly work out yesterday....and then again today!  Drove straight to Vball for out semi-final match right after Crossfit "nicole".  Played out Matches, won, and twisted my ankle on a dirt clod walking to my truck in the parking lot!  LOL.  Gotta love it. My legs...back...shoulders...my whole back by the way....and did I mention my legs?  Are all really sore!  If you take a look at this workout u will notice this is not a good combo.  Me being worn out + Nicole =  I hate Nicole!  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PS. Come on Crossfit.....help us out!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SUNDAY 090329&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Fight Gone Bad!"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Three rounds of:&lt;br /&gt;Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)&lt;br /&gt;Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)&lt;br /&gt;Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)&lt;br /&gt;Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)&lt;br /&gt;Row (Calories)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SO...this was a rough one!  Me(bbartz), Josiah, Jake, Austin, and Tapper all tackled this workout today.  I think we all underestimated this workout.  We all left the gym walking down the stairs holding on to the rail saying ouch...ouch..my legs...ouch.  LOL!
