Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

    Used a 50 lb dumb bell set up. (all I had)
    This was a tough work out....tough on the cardio for sure.

    @jennybaby did it in 16:45 she used a 15 lb dumb bell and did jumping pull-ups...I was proud!

  2. My first time; just got done doing P90X and ready to try something new, it was a good time. I got a time of 17 minutes but had to wait for the stinking tapper, so slow haha but really a good workout. I have to have some kind of alibi for that kind of time other than I am out of shape.

    But that Gorman guy really needs to step it up!
    Haha..j/k. He would have definitely beat me if I did real pull-ups.
